5. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointment times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Scheduling may be affected by weather, emergencies, or prior job delays.
Cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area
Disclose known issues (electrical, plumbing, structural, or otherwise)
Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings
Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available when required
7. Warranties & Workmanship
Steiner Maintenance & Contracting stands behind its workmanship as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Pre-existing conditions
Customer-supplied materials
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties
8. Licensed & Insured
Steiner Maintenance & Contracting is a licensed and insured maintenance and contracting business operating in the State of Alabama.
We maintain appropriate business licenses and liability insurance required for the services we provide. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
